Our Story

When my bestfriend lost her father, I spent hours searching for the perfect sympathy gift with no luck. Since we live far apart, I was unable give my condolence in person but still wanted to let her know I was thinking of her so I set out to create the perfect heartfelt gift all on my own. When I saw how much she loved her gift, I decided to share this experience with others and Royal Cardinal was born.

Why the Cardinal?

The cardinal is our symbol because many people consider the striking red bird as a messenger from the Heavens. They are a reminder that those lost will continue to live on as long as we keep their memories alive in our hearts, making them the perfect namesake for our chimes.
